Cautiously, we waited over a year to review this product because others have come complained about sagging. Its used at our Las Vegas NV home, on a covered patio and gets direct morning sun. We wanted to avoid using wood and metal products because of arid conditions. After one year we are happy as ever with our purchase. No visible wearing or fading! Its the perfect upper cabinet to store a small outdoor TV. Lower cabinet holds everything else! We were able to cut the back of the upper cabinet to accommodate the 27 TV and its hanging rack. Doors open and TV pulls forward and can be tilted for viewing. Lower cabinet is perfect for storing patio essentials including remotes, candles, coasters, kids toys, etc. For extra reinforcement, we attached both cabinets to the outdoor wall with a 1 x 4 cut to size. Cabinets are extremely sturdy. Counter top doubles as a beverage top for outdoor entertainment...a power strip was attached to the side and is perfect for blender drinks and popcorn maker. This locker is the perfect size for a small space I had in the garage. I can hang my coveralls in it, and there are two shelves, which allow space for work shoes and hats, goggles, and other items I use for working in the garage and in the yard. I rarely leave detailed reviews, but am so impressed with these Suncast cabinets, I felt the need to do so.I bought the first one from another vendor because it was on sale considerably less than original price. Put it together SO easily, and loved it right away. Few days later I went to buy a second one and the sale was off. So I googled it and Wayfair then had it on sale, same sale rice with free shipping. So bought the second one. They basically slide and snap together. Sounds like that's a cheap way to do it, but it's not. They are very heavy, very well made and very sturdy. I have both on my covered pier. One I keep all my fish cleaning supplies, crawfish platters, paper towels, dishwashing soap, brushes, etc in and still have room. They are very deep and just holding the huge crawfish platters was the selling point for me. It is SO nice to catch a few fish and have everything right there to clean them, or sit out and eat crabs or crawfish without having to haul everything back and forth inside. The second one holds my fishing supplies I don't always bring in the boat with me, and odds and ends that I like to keep nearby on the pier. The colors go well with my fence, screened porch and patio furniture. They just blend in. There IS very small vent holes....really slits, in the back so I don't think they would be completely waterproof, but I'd say very little water would get in. The vent holes are needed, and I'm glad they are there. They have door locks on the bottom you can slide up and down with your foot, and they work great. I'm completely happy with these cabinets, and would 100% recommend. The sale price just sweetened the purchase of something I would have bought anyway. Thanks Wayfair and Suncast!!. Teleca. As a 72-year old, I thought the size and weight of the cabinet might be a bit challenging, but the assembly turned out to be relatively easy. I only needed my wife's help for a minute while lining up the side panels for attachment of the back panel. All the components were present and in very good condition. I may add a shelf or two, but for now the three shelves included are good for a start. I would have given a rating of five stars rather than four, but for these considerations: The ease of assembly was due in part to the flexibility of the panels and the small size of the locking lugs. The depressions for the screws holding the steel shelf reinforcements were not accurately placed, but the misalignment was not too serious. I would raise my rating to five stars if my concerns don't affect the durability of this product. ---------- After five years and a move, this cabinet has survived unscathed. Under heavy loads, it doesn't stay perfectly "square", but the slight flexibility may be an advantage for durability. It seals well enough to keep little critters out. It's worthy of five stars.. THIS CART IS ABSOLUTELY OVER-THE-TOP!! We have a standard Weber bubble grill, and no place to put stuff. This cart has solved all our problems. LOOK NO FURTHER for a cart. This is it. I'm a 62 year old housewife and I put it together in 15 minutes ... just by looking at the pictures. There are NO SCREWS. They are pre-installed in the cabinet for the doors. All that was needed was the four nuts (included) that goes with them. I have found the table to be spacious inside, AND it includes a nice little rack inside for little necessities. And, as always with Wayfair, it came THREE DAYS earlier than planned/expected. The only thing I can add at this point is that it has not been rain-tested, yet, but it does look sea-worthy. If it is not, then I will update this accordingly, in the near future. I am VERY, VERY SATISFIED with this product, and will recommend it in a heartbeat!!! Thanks to all the folks there at Wayfair. P.S. I don't think that the "wings" will support a huge weight, but then, they shouldn't have to. The center part of the table top will take care of any heavy stuff.. Lawrence. VERY well made. Assembly was a bit complicated but one you got the hang of it, it became easier. READ the directions first. Don't do what we did. Lay out all your pieces and check them off. After all was said and done, our final two steps were the doors and the drawer. We put the drawer in and it engaged nicely. I put the right door on. We're almost toward the end! I go to put the left door on and it's another RIGHT door! I immediately called the number on the directions and she couldn't have been nicer. I did have to send them a photo and a copy of our Wayfair receipt. This was just a few days ago and already I've received an email from the manufacturer that our left door is on the way. Excellent customer service. There is a reason why I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5 and it has nothing to do with this error. The top shelf doesn't give me enough room underneath it for my spray bottles. Not really a huge problem. We just didn't put the top shelf in. Yes, I've lost a bit of storage, but it was more important for me to have a place to put all my cleaning bottles and gardening bottles and they need to stand upright.
