I bought this for extra seating during season and to store gazebo fittings and accessories when it’s time to take it down. It’s perfect for my needs and could not beat the price. It was easy to assemble. It’s a bit less rigid plastic than i thought, and the interior box is not waterproof, i will put items in plastic bags before storage. Love it. I am able to store covers for five chairs, two love seats, and two large hassock/tables under seat. This was extremely easy to put together. I put a cushion on top with several pillows behind, and have used it for seating also. It holds two adults without an issue. As a matter fact at one point we had three adults. I had my teenage son put this together, as something to do. He was able to complete the build in 5 minutes. His only complaint was that the metal strip for the part that opens up for storage, didn't have pilot holes (wasn't pre-drilled). In looking at the chair, I was disappointed that the plastic edges are kind of scratchy. You can see it in the photos to decide if that's a big deal for you or not. This storage box is great! I bought this for our deck to house cushions for seating in our gazebo. It holds two loveseat and two chair seat bottom cushions, six 16-inch square pillows and two 12x19-inch rectangle cushions, and a 32" tower fan. It is barely half full. When we take the fabric off the gazebo for winter, I believe all the curtains and top will also fit in it. Perfect!! I had NO PROBLEM assembling it as I followed the directions step by step -- do so when putting it together or you could possibly break it by "forcing" it together. Also, I made one mistake this morning so here is another bit of advice. It rained overnight and this morning, but the cushions were inside the box and totally dry - until I raised the lid without drying off the seat. Rain which had pooled on the seat area drained into the box when I raised the lid, through the hole closure on the back top compartment. I am using the Suncast 50 gallon container in an unusual way. I needed to provide a “safety zone” for my cats that live on my large porch. It works perfectly.
