I am giving this Gazebo a 3 star rating because of the condition on the parts when receiving. Multiple frames had huge dents in the steel. Ot is a bit of an eye sore, but it works. It was a pain to attach the support arches because the slot they fit into were bent and would not fit in. I had to mess with it a lot in order for it to attach. This is going to be wonderful to have up. Due to the weather being, cold winds, frost and even rain, it’s a bit hard to put up at this time. The temperature is in the mid 20s to the low 30s at times. So I was able to take photos inside my garage. I looked at the quality, the packaging, instructions were present, tools and screws and most of the canopy. I found the product to be all there, nice quality, packed perfectly. The only issue is the canopy is not the same color as the photo shown. It’s a taupe in color, and I was expecting a grey in color. After reading few reviews and hearing some "horror" stories about this Gazebo doesn't handle the wind, we decided to still go for it. Short answer WE LOVE IT. While some instructions where not easy to follow (especially the part where you attach the curtains and Rods) nevertheless between myself and my son, it took us 4 hours to do. You will see from the pictures how it fits and added a nice cover for us during couple of "hot" days we had so far and even riny days. To address few of the concerns some had: 1. High winds: we had numerous days with winds over 20mph and gusts of over 30+mph. Everything stayed in place. Now of course if you think you can just build it without foundation then yes it will "fly", but if you use the anchors it came with or in my case, I put three screws at each base (they have holes ready for you to put screws or attach anchors that shipped with it), then the structure will withstand the high winds. I had to purchase concrete drill bits and Concrete screws to anchor it. 2. So far the materials handled those high winds with no rips 3. Some complained about rain coming thru!!! Well unless you are planning to use during monsoon or heavy thunderstorms, then yes you will get rain blowing from all over!!! (but I prefer to be safe inside my house during those events). On the other hand, my wife and I have enjoyed having coffee in morning with light rain and it kept us dry underneath it. Finally as you can see, I bought some LED lights for this as a nice final touch. We have really enjoyed it for past month and was nice to have during social distance with other family members :). They make cheaper options, but they are not as heavy or as nice looking as these. There was a slight discoloration on the wood pattern in one spot, but it is pretty negligible. I get some big gusts of wind around here, and the weight should help. It didn't feel like it would be too sturdy putting it together until it was complete. I think it should stand up pretty well. If you have a 12x12 patio, the legs will be just a tad too far apart to fully fit on the 13' sides. 2 of us put it together pretty quickly and easily, but we had to get a little creative when joining the posts together with it all standing up. A 3rd person would have been great for that part. The top is pretty easy to take off and mostly disassemble for winter. I just wanted to add that after many storms and wind, this thing has been fine. Not even a bit of water pooling up, even with hurricanes touching down nearby with us getting 7.5" of rain and high winds. I will still definitely be taking the top off for the winter though.
