We love the room so far, now that is up. Assembly was a pain due to the unclear directions,unmarked parts,missing parts and damaged parts. Actual pictures of the parts and assembly would go a long way. I'm skilled at assembling stuff like this and with my sons had to disassemble things a few times before we got things so they appear to be correct. There were some filler panels that they sent too many of one and 1 short of another. I made it work. One roof rail was badly bent and twisted even though there was no real damage to packaging. Have realistic expectations when you buy one of these. I was quoted almost 30k for a 3 season room. I didn't think I was getting the same quality so I'm not disappointed with it. . John. I ordered 2 of these to hide my gas tank. The packages arrived very quickly and everything was in perfect condition. The best part was how easy they were to assemble. It really couldn’t have been easier. They look attractive and from a distance you can’t tell it isn’t wood. I got the cedar to match our cedar porch they do look good together. I just hope they will hold up in the weather as the slats aren’t super strong so we’ll see! Once I fill them with ornamental grasses or vines I think they will do the job just fine. If you know how to build things and are super handy, go for it. GazeboPenguin’s customer service is nice and gets right back to you with assistance. The included instructions are very close to useless in most parts. I would recommend emailing them for the more detailed slightly less confusing video instructions. A lot of pieces were mislabeled and missing drill holes. The structure itself seems sturdy and nice enough which is why I’m giving it 3 stars.
