The box arrived absolutely destroyed, but the fountain didn’t have any damage. Some reviews complained that it’s too light after you put five gallons of water in it, it’s no longer light. Others complained that the LEDs don’t have their own onoff switch so they have to run even during the day the lights and pump are on separate plugs, sooooo... don’t plug the light in if you don’t want them on. Also, ironically it’s the loudest on the lowest setting cause that’s when the water hits the center of the bowls and not the pads on the side (made to muffle the sound). I think it's the perfect table top size. And it also has a " S " sorta design which happens to be my last name initial. I just plugged it up today .
