This is a monster! Great coverage of our ten seater dining table , love the 360 and the tilt mode. It took three adults to put it together it is massive and is a bit tricky , maybe finicky when opening it but once it is open it’s fantastic and provides excellent shade. Make note the base needs to have weight added to it I think the minimum is 660 lbs! We used landscape fabric and some rubber weight plates then covered with rocks and then black river rock . Fantastic purchase! First think is this is big and tall. Be prepared to get a lot of sand. I bought 300lbs. and it took it like nothing. Locate and place base begore filling for sure. The 12 ft umbrella is exactly what we needed for our pool area to provide some shade. Assembly took about an hour to put it all together. I love that it came with a base, but note that you need a lot of sand to fill the four sandbags that are inside of the base. Love love love this umbrella, set up was easy and it is built sturdy. The shade it provides is incredible. I set it up when the temperature was near 100 with a heat index of 109, when you went under the umbrella you felt a very noticeable decrease. So looking forward to years of enjoyment on our patio..
