My husband and I have been living in our apartment for almost 4 and a half years and we have had two dogs with these 4 years. Our complex has never cleaned our carpets (every 6 months they get cleaned). We rented the rug doctor and it didn't do what I thought and it was bulky and only went one time. I have been seeing good and bad reviews about this, but I chose to invest in our health. We have dust in the carpets from shoes and every daily activities. When my husband put it together and saw the rows he was impressed already. It didn't take him long he followed the directions. Some people's reviews I have read proves they didn't follow directions, follow it! This is expensive and worth it do it correctly. You will have to refill the tanks quite a bit depending on the size of the room but it's worth it. Let the pictures speak for itself. More updated pics soon. I would highly recommend! First, let me just go ahead and say that I vacuumed with my less than 6 month old Bissell less than 12 hours ago….. and then got this this morning. Pros assembly, swivel the suction!!! Cons unable to easily remove the roller, the canister is super tiny also, had to empty it at least 5 times for whole house, which is super disappointing because that’s the whole reason why I bought a new vacuum You get what you pay for ‍♀️. Love this vacuum. The day I received it, which was very quick, I was testing it out on all surfaces. I was amazed by all the dirt and dust this vacuum picked up.
