I got this pan set to give as a gift to someone I know who has a T-Fal collection, after watching the video about the new line of T-fal I would have to say I am surprised at the improvements they have made with there pans over the past 30 yrs, when I got married in the 90’s they were nothing more then your first set of pots and pans to use, as you learned to cook, also the most affordable on the market, but now they have made so many enhancements to there cooking line I would like to try them.. they have a Heat Mastery, with a thermo-spot in the center of the pan that indicates when the pan is preheated perfectly to start cooking, there is a pro glide non stick on the whole entire pan, an even heat base on the bottom of the pan, and they even added pouring spouts on one side of the pans, together with the lifetime guarantee, I see T-fal has upped there game in the cooking world, I do also like the special grip they added to the handle which I have never seen before on any pan line. I got these in a beautiful red color, which is a deep brick color red, I cant wait to give these as a gift, please see pictures for all I mentioned in this review.. Holly.
