Love my new floors. I like how you can feel the texture. Not slick or slippery at all. They sweep and clean very easily. Our contractor laid it over porcelain tiles. The product itself is great, the boards have a strong connect once snapped together, and the finished product is gorgeous. The issue is that both of my orders arrived damaged. This is probably due to the weight of the item and the fact that I only order one box. If you were to order multiple boxes it may arrive on some sort of pallet that is better protected.. Taylor. We haven't laid this new flooring yet, but I am pleased with the color we chose and with the overall look of the planks. I hope they will be easy to lay and was pleased that they are for cement and bathrooms which is where we will be laying them. My reason for only 4 stars is because when I opened the packages I found some of the planks had small chips off of a corner here and there as well as a few had bigger chunks off of the edges. I realize these were shipped and arrived during excessive winter low temps in Iowa and that isn't the seller's fault necessarily. Perhaps packing needs to be done differently in situations like this. FOLLOW UP REVIEW: We now have the flooring laid and it looks fabulous! Our contractor felt that it went together well but he does have experience.
