So far so good. I just installed this tile last weekend. It went in fairly easily and I love how it looks. The pattern is a bit busier and darker than in the listing but it hides the dirt better than a plainer pattern. I really like how tight the seams are on this product several others Iooked at had gaps or faux grout lines that are just asking for dirt buildup. Overall I'm very satisfied with the quality for the price. ( I recommend using a table & miter saw or a flooring saw that does both. (I used a RYOBI cordless flooring saw) These are heavy duty tiles and are not easy to score and snap.) Also pencil marks erase right off with no problem. Art3d peel and stick vinyl wood flooring plank sheet is made of wear-resistant PVC on top of the hard stone composite material. With a wood texture, it is waterproof, anti-stain, lightweight, and easy to apply. You don't need to be professional, saving your time and budget. They are sticky, but for the edge, you can use some contact glue on the underlayer to enhance it. Besides flooring, it can be applied to the wall as an accent wall, ceiling, or cabinet by adding extra glue (liquid nail/contact glue).

First issue: One box does not cover 54 sq. feet. It is more along the lines of 15 sq. feet. It is close to five dollars a square foot at 15 square feet instead of a little over a dollar for 54 square feet. Second issue: Flooring is shipped in original packing which does protect it from damage from shipping. Only two of my planks were not chipped or cracked. Overall, I like the look of the flooring and it was easy to install. For some reason, I was expecting a matte finish, but its actually shiny. The pattern is very easy to match up. The tiles are thin, which is to be expected with this type of flooring. I put these tiles over some ugly ceramic and most of the tiles stuck well. There were a couple that needed extra adhesive, even though I cleaned the heck out of the floor before I laid the tiles. First Swiffer wet, then Dawn and hot water, then rubbing alcohol. I used Gorilla multi purpose construction adhesive as a supplement. Once I put the tile in place, I went over them with a rolling pin. I would use these tiles again.. Rebecca. So far I am very impressed. Bought the grey scale for our basement. Product looks great, sticks nicely, easy to work with. My 13 year old and I laid about 140sqft in just under 3 hours. My recommendations are to definitely do a good job of prepping the surface. We did a serious scrape and vacuum. Then mopped with simple green and then laid down am adhesion primer.
