The bright colors are perfect for our retro kitchen, they wash up well. They do have to have the screws tightened about once/year or so and the screw caps sometimes pop off. I am a little concerned about the longevity of this chair because the back is held by 4 screws so if people lean back too hard or too much it may become vulnerable but for now I LOVE it and it feels very sturdy.
