Omg, I was doubting about getting this couch because reviews didn’t show pictures, but here is an honest review. Shipping was amazing, I was called 2 times before it came, one when he was heading this way and another one when he was here. The couch in general is amazing, fabric and cushions are so soft and it is loungey but you don’t sink into it, so it doesn’t make it easy to stand up but still VERY comfortable, all cushion covers are removable and can be washed which I think it’s the best specially having a pet or kids. I ordered the Hokku Designs Cloud Couch for our new home and I am obsessed!! We’ve been using it for ~3 weeks now and we love it! The couch is low seating, but we knew that going in and we don’t mind it at all. It’s very comfortable.. perfect for naps. We love being able to comfortably fit multiple people, and being able to move the ottoman is great when you need extra seating or more leg room. This cloud couch is HUGE. We purchased the 4 seater and it is perfectly long and extremely comfortable. It was very easy to put together, just open and put the covers on the base and pillows. It’s not super fluffy but it is very soft and comfortable enough to lay on and enjoy watching tv with 2-3 more people next to you and everyone having more than enough space. One of my favorite purchases from Wayfair. It is beautiful, it is SOO comfortable. It really is like a cloud. I chose this for our second floor living room because it is able to fit through a stairwell and through a standard door frame with no trouble. My preteen and I unpacked it ourselves. Last time I had a sectional in the same room, we had to repair damage from moving it to the door frame and to some walls. I never thought I'd be able to have another large sectional in that room again after we removed the last one. Then I heard about boneless sectionals.
