No horror stories - first bed in a box - sight on seen. Didn't realize it has zero coils. Let expand for 48hrs and all that stuff. Had it about month or so. The outer edge is not as firm as I was hoping. Still kind of divots when sitting or sleeping in a concentrated spot but does bounce back. I am side sleeper, seemed to bottom out on the top layer with another person ? But, I will say I had shoulder surgery from a bad break and my pain has gone away that I was experiencing for several years from my ancient coil mattress. So, it stays.
