This is the first time I’ve shopped at this store I hadn’t heard good things, but I took a chance and decided to see for myself. I am delighted with my new sofas after long, hard hours of work, rest is essential, and these are perfect. They have so many great qualities—the only downside was that the packages arrived on different days—but otherwise, everything is excellent. Anonymous From Maryland. Maryland. Sat Sep 19 2026

wow unbelievable how much i actually love this couch. i was scared of making a big purchase on something that i haven’t sat on to test out. i have specific needs cuz of neck and back surgeries and this couch passed the test. i can sit w my head fully rested on back without it not being covered or push outward by a pillow at the high part of cushion. i really love the brown color, it’s definitely lighter then a chocolate brown it’s more or less a mushroom brown on the beige side of the brown color chart. was so happy that it wasn’t darker.. This is a very nice looking sectional. Love the color and the functionality of it. Is comfortable enough to watch tvmovies but not enough to take a nice nap. It came with a glue type stain and all the offered was a very low discount and if I wanted a replacement I needed to cover the shipping fee which was not worth it so I have to keep it like that. I was very surprised because every time I had an issue, Wayfair customer service has been outstanding except this time.. Luz Karime. Miami, FL. Sat Aug 01 2026

This couch is actually comfortable! It took a couple hours to be put together but thats okay! I love all the storage in it. The only concern is the backs, if you have someone that likes to push up against the backs they are definitely a weak point, and they are shorter than a normal couch back, so keep that in mind. Its a very comfortable couch though especially for the price!. Karlie. Syracuse, UT. Wed Sep 30 2026
