Ordered Friday, arrived Monday - VERY fast service. Shower pan was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement. It looks very nice on our screen porch. Easy to put together. The box was a bit damaged upon arrival (with a decent sized hole). We were missing a few parts, but contacted Wayfair Support for replacement (which was a fairly easy process) and the replacement parts were sent in about 10 days.
