The crib itself arrived in an excellent condition (not even one scratch), the crib is fantastic and looks exactly like the photo, I would even give it a 5 star, the only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the crib has only 2 levels and the gate is very low, so when I put my child in there it was very easy for him to jump out from the crib, I called the manufacturer they said sorry this crib is made only for kids shorter than 35" (my child isn't 35" yet), However, I had to make 4 new holes in my "new crib" to make a new lower level.
