Perfectly sized for home theater systems with a large television, this modern TV stand and entertainment center packs a ton of innovative features into its low-profile design, including an integrated soundbar shelf, remote-friendly and acoustically transparent louvered doors, built-in cable management, adjustable shelves, hidden wheels, rear access panels and an unbelievably soft and durable satin-etched glass top—part of the award-winning corridor media collection.

  • Number of Cabinets: 4
  • Number of Interior Shelves: 4

EDIT: Increasing from 4 to 5 stars. BDI sent me a replacement part that came scratched. Really impressed with this company and their support. If you are someone who cares about their AV equipment, and wants to easily be able to build-out and maintain your entertainment center, look no further. This stand is especially ideal if you have components that tend to dump out a lot of heat (modern video game consoles), and you care about their service lifespan. There is ample airflow not only through the front and back, but also the top and bottom. Assembly was easy, although the top glass piece is VERY heavy. I got the White Oak, and it's a bit darker than comparable colors from Ikea's line, but fits well with our living room. PROS: * Extremely well designed. You can tell that the team in charge of this design put a lot of thought and care into virtually every aspect of it. * Good materials. It seems to be a mix of real wood and MDF, leveraging the advantages of each where it makes the most sense. * Very effective ventilation and heat transfer (this seems to be the core priority of the design). * The glass top is VERY thick and seems to be well made. * Extremely easy to access the back of the two side compartments. * Internal wire access between all compartments. * High-quality, adjustable hinges that are slam-proof. * Wheels allow you to easily pull the stand forward when you need to maintain the back. * Great amount of depth in the side compartments. CONS: * Expensive (although I'd argue worth it). * Limited depth in the center compartment. I wasn't able to fit my receiver here, but this wasn't a big deal because it fits great on one of the end compartments. * Can't remove the center compartment back like you can with the side compartments. As a result, I put equipment on the sides, and Blu Ray discs/controllers in the center. * Came with some light nicks/scratches on some of the pieces. YMMV.. Michael.
