I like it, but it's not for everyone. This is unique--it's a big, low, orange chair with some BIG ridges in the corduroy. Be aware of things: 1. Because the corduroy ridges are wide and shallow, they don't trap dust as bad as narrower corduroy would (good thing!), but there are some imperfections in the ridges (see photo). 2. This is incredibly soft, but there's only a moderate amount of support in the seat. I weigh 170lbs and it feels fine, but if I were a bit heavier I might feel differently. 3. The back cushion is not attached to the chair with velcro or anything else (see photo), but since the back is curved, it does stay in place nicely. 4. As others mention, the seat height is NOT 18 INCHES, it's about 13 inches. And the footrest is an inch shorter, so your legs will be at a (slight) downward angle. I am 510 and I can lay almost completely between the armrests. My head is propped up just a smidge. It took a full 48 hours for all parts of it to be fully fluffed, and its a little on the stiff side, but Id still use it (this is going to be the kids couch). I dont think Id use it for the adults couch because I feel like Im going to slide off the front of it. This is a small sofa (no legs) but perfect for what I needed it for...I have it in our basement family room against a wall and have the pillows on top of the back of the couch for support. This will be very handy when we have lots of family over at Christmas. The 2 lower cushions are separate, but a twin sheet fits around it so it would be easy to sleep on without the cushions separating. It would be handy if the 2 top cushions had clips that would keep the 2 cushions together in case someone would want to sleep on that part. It looks good and I'm glad I went with the green instead of the cream. It is firm and comfortable. During installation, you might need to leave one of the brackets lose in order to properly align it with its corresponding bracket. I like it, don’t love it. The slip cover is my favorite - it’s a thick linen and soft and really exceeded expectations there. It was really easy to put together. It’s not super, super comfortable like it’s pretty firm and the base has springs in it so it’s kind of hard and bouncy almost. The pillows are fine - way too big for the pillow covers that come with it but they technically fit. Id consider replacing the inserts. Overall, it’s fine.
