Quality and style. We previously had a free-standing holder with storage for extra tp. It got dusty and knocked over... It was time for going old school and replacing it with an in-wall style. I ordered this then told my husband aka my personal installer/assembler. He said install was easy and that it was made well. There was a large spring thing that went in the back to ensure it sticks in the wall and doesn't fall out. I wanted to take a picture of it but he installed it too quickly! Hole cut and popped in, done. It accommodates the regular size tp roll I use. The center holder has a heavy duty spring in it. Very nice. Very well made and solid. Slightly larger than the paper holder that came with our house, so I had to cut an additional 1/4" on the top and right side, but that's no problem.
