So small it will take some getting used to but...perfect for 2! Bad thing is that I dont thing a standard seat will fit so once its broken or worn out I dont know what we will do. This toilet came well packed and in one piece (phew) it’s exactly what we need for a powder room renovation we are updating. Compact, yet elongated seat for comfort. Very nice one! Good looking and comfortable. Bonus removable soft close seat. Good for cleaning. Easy install. Even though it is efficient and uses very little water, the flush is very strong, yet not too loud. Pay attention to the fact that there are several of these on Wayfair. The factory picture looks the same, but the price is different. The key is the size. Each one of them is slightly different size. If you have enough space, I recommend going for a larger one. This toilet is sleek and modern. I love the skirting and the small tank lid. Assembly was more challenging than it needed to be. The instructions began with fitting and drilling the flange…which was not included and since this was a replacement, it was not needed. So skip that, apply wax ring to bottom of toilet and lift to slide over bolts. You will need two people! It was a little harder as the holes for the bolts are inside the skirting. There were no instructions for installing the toilet seat (and none online either). I’m fairly certain we have it on correctly but the “hinge covers” are a cheap metal and a different white. If the seat lid is up, you can’t see them. Lastly there were no operating instructions. Assuming the small button is for smaller flushes (less water). The tank components came installed. I really like the sleek design of this toilet, and I love the buttons on top of the tank. I was happy to see that unlike hotel toilets, the buttons are not numbered. My old toilet had a very weak flush from day 1, the builder had told us it was due to the way the pipes had been installed, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I have been very satisfied with the forceful flush in both modes. It has a much more modern design than traditional toilets, so keep that in mind if you have a classic bathroom style. One thing I had not anticipated, and was very happy with, there are a lot less crevices in the toilet on the sides and around the back, which will make cleaning it a lot easier. As for installation….you definitely want to hire someone. I had my brother install mine, he is a general contractor and knows his stuff. This is what he said about installation. You will need 2 people for this job, so if you hire someone, make sure you advise them the style of the toilet (it is modern), and the weight. Since it is all 1 piece, it is a lot heavier than traditional toilets. The biggest issue though is that the sides, where the bolts screw on, are not visible when installing. On a traditional toilet, you line it up with the gasket and you can see the bolts go through the holes as you are lowering it. This toilet has 2 round windows that you can see through, but someone else has to be looking through them to be sure it is secure. If you have a tight spot (like I do) it is extremely difficult to do this. Also, if you are upgrading from a standard toilet, your pipes may not be in the correct spot. We had to cut the white plastic ring to get it to fit. Had it been off by 1/8”, they wouldn’t have been able to install it. He said this is pretty standard for this style of toilet, but be aware when purchasing. The thing that drew me to this item is the streamlined shape of the pipe work. This design means minimal cleaning in places that are hard to reach. Well packaged and basically one piece! Such an awesome toilet! We needed a new one for our basement bathroom and this is perfect! It’s very sleek and modern. It was very easy to install and came packaged very well so nothing was damaged.
