I have posted a “before” photo. “After” photo coming! We bought these lights to replace our old, outdated, mismatched track lighting (shown in photo). Because they are going on a second floor ceiling, which is vaulted and might be 24 feet high. We have to have our electricians come out to install these. Otherwise it would be very easy for my husband to install these if it was only on a regular height ceiling. We really love the look of these. They will be much more modern sleek and design and all matching. We purchased the white set and I think it’s going to really enhance our living room. this is a decent system. It’s very very easy to install however, I didn’t use the connector piece and it gets stuck a little bit in that spot. This works really well to connect two barn door rails together to make one long rail such that two (or more) doors will be able to slide along the rail all the way to the left and all the way to the right. The connector is flat and smooth and does not obstruct or block the door wheels when sliding (in other words does not prevent doors from sliding past it). I used it to put two five foot barn door rails together to make one long 10 foot rail so my two 30" doors (60" or 5 foot total) could slide all the way to the left on the rail when doors are open, and all the way to the right on the rail to close both doors together for my 5 foot door opening..
