I want to tell you why I will no longer be doing business with you. I wanted some undercabinet lighting and your online description was severely limited. When the wiring arrived, it was just wire. So, I then ordered a a plug and electrical box. It didn't attach to anything. The description said I might need a transformer so I ordered it. Now I have all three "components" none of which work with each other. I want to return them. They all fit inside a small box. But you want me to return them to three different locations throughout the country, put these small items in three different boxes and pay three different return shipping fees totaling more than $22. If your descriptions were more inclusive in the first place, I could have made a much better decision and saved myself grief.
