Good storage, watertight even in the face of a rainy nor'easter. Used Lowe's cement blocks 15.7" with the number 2 step sand used for paver installation. Made for a solid foundation. One issue is because the unit opens from the top and front which is great, there is not enough support to keep the side walls square at the front so you need to push them together about an inch when closing. This is so beautiful! I’m in my 60s, and I think I’m pretty handy with tools.  I’ve always liked building things, fixing things, and doing all types of handiwork.
