This is an Updated review from a 3 to a 5 star review as I had an issue with my first order that is now resolved. Thank You Wayfair! I really like these and totally recommend them. They were the perfect height I was looking for as why I bought these over metal ones.. They look really nice. I live in a state where we have red clay soil and so it is best to place after a rain or watering. I am not sure how far down they are supposed to go in the ground. Can't say I love the result. Because I have to dump water from this mini pond I thought it may be easier than real rock (I'm 70), but these are heavy & I had to cut one down on back side. The 12-inch. pieces interlock together easily. No digging is involved simply anchors in the provided anchor nails for long-term stability. Easier to create curves/angles than 4 ft. options. Smaller pieces virtually eliminate the need for cutting. 4 ft. rubber is very difficult to cut to length, 12 in. option works wonders 24 nails are included with the order. No digging involved.
