I've had this fire pit for several years now. I will say, it's held up well for all the abuse I've given it! Some very big, hot fires. I use it for yard/tree debris, and the occasional, sit around the fire with a glass or two of wine. It's been left out in the rain and snow and none the worse for it. My only complaint is the design cut into the metal. A few more connections would have made it better. Some of the deer/antlers have warped, probably from the heat, and are leaning out. I am absolutely delighted with the Sherry Fire Pit Table. This is the often sold-out gray. It is much darker than the site pictures but Im OK with the color regardless since Im mixing Acacia wood, dove gray cushions, and gray painted deck and gray siding It was a rainy day when mine was delivered. The box was delivered not this end up and it got wet. I was concerned. I reported out to customer service immediately, as I didnt know what, if any, damage would be waiting. Excellent experience there. They were replying before I could unpack the unit. No damage. To report. The packaging is very robust. I was impressed. I definitely recommend popping for the service plan. WHY wouldnt you insure a seasonal item for less than 8 of the value of sale Some people had finish issues. That makes me sad. Being in the resinplastics business, do be careful with how you clean the frepit table. Mild soapy non oil based solution and you wont erode the finish and get peeling. But the insurance would cover that! Please cover the burner with lava stone that comes with the fire table or pit fireglass. (highly highly recommend. . You should see the ring exposed.. Yvonne.
