Great piece, I use it as an end table. The top of unit hinges open and I hide a subwoofer in there. The space measures approx 8” tall, 17.5” wide, and 16.5” deep. The chest looks nice. The quality is good. However, the drawers only pull out about half way. Very weird. I thought about returning it but I can make it work. I read the reviews about the drawer problem but still ordered it because I liked it (I don't always trust the reviews). Also, in the product description the drawer dimensions are not listed. I noticed when adding supplies that the drawers don’t have anything to keep them from coming all the way out out when opening. So I’ll just have to be careful with that.
