I ordered these for an upcoming remodel so I havent installed them yet. They did arrive quickly though and were packed well. All parts were included and the construction is good quality. This is a really beautiful high-end faucet and shower in Brushed Gold. Every part is packaged neatly and protected by a fitting foam bag. Really nice faucet. It’s a tricky install so we opted to do it without the wand, because we’ve got a wand in our shower. But the result is very nice.
