Gorgeous bed. Looks and feels study and high quality. Very easy to assemble. There's a LOT of packaging material to deal with which means that the bed is very well protected for transit, but takes a long time to unpack and sort through Styrofoam and cardboard. I was really disappointed when a section of the bed came damaged. It had puncture and burn holes along the chair side. What was even more disappointing was that the packaging wasn’t damaged at all. Therefore, the chair was damaged and was sent. Anyway the chair was out of stock and therefore I could not get a replacement. The bed is 500 pounds and I wouldn’t replace it anyway, because it was just too heavy to return. Wayfair gave me a bit of a discount, nothing to be jumping up and down about. Fortunately, I was able to cover up the damaged area and the mattress upon it took care of the rest so the burn marks and extreme scratches did not show. The bed itself is a dream! The assembly team sent by Wayfair was very courteous and assembled the bed accurately. I highly recommend this product.. Mona. Wed Mar 19 2025
