The mat feels well made. Soft enough to land on but firm enough to press on for handstands. Cons The mats title says 4x10x2 . Its actually 4x8x2. I checked the specs and it didnt match up with the title . I was surprised the mat was shorter than I thought I had ordered when I ordered . Packing isnt the sturdiest as the package arrived ripped.
