The chairs look good and sturdy. It took two people almost 3 hours to assemble everything. You need an electronic screwdriver to efficiently do the job. I called the customer service after I found the damage. The agent ordered a replacement part for me right away. I am happy with the resolution. Beautiful chairs that I purchased to go with a big chunky table to add a bit of modern elegance to my dining room. They arrived quickly, were well packaged and easy to assemble.
