Loved the outcome of these beds! I ordered two in espresso for our boys. The first one came, had everything needed and assembled just fine. The second one was delayed, came with a couple of chips in the back piece, and had a discolored piece as well. Luckily, the discolored piece is under the mattress and is unable to be seen, so I didn’t ask for a new piece. The chips were also minimally noticeable after the mattress was placed. Instructions are a bit difficult to understand right away, and some pieces weren’t labeled, but I was able to figure it out and assemble the second bed in a much quicker time.
