Unfortunately, it didnt serve the purpose of letting my mom reach the items in the high-up kitchen cabinets, since the pull-down bar sits just above the cabinet floor (if you mount it to the cabinet base). It definitely cant be overflowing or overloaded since its moving up and down. Theres not much to be done with that, although I probably would have liked the back wall of the shelves to go up higher. This product is very high quality. The material is sturdy and it is not flimsy at all. It was very easy to install. Looks great, but the top of the cabinet doesnt close completely leaving small gap. The wood base had a crack in it. Wood glued it, it seems to not affect the unit.
