The size, kind, and color, all matter. Then our in-house craftsmen bathed them in spring water, boiled them for 48 hours then rinse them under running water to clear out all the impurities. After that, they shape all the “papers” by hand into a specific design. With hours of sun-drying to get rid of all the moisture, the paper-mâché centerpiece will be smoked using natural wood to add color and an aging effect.
