I’m so happy with this fence planter box! I got the smaller version from the same manufacturer last year - I loved it but I wished it was larger. This one is perfect! At 6’ tall, it can hide any large trash can or provide privacy. When the weather warms up, I will place it by our fire pit patio. There are two slots to insert rebar (optional and hidden under cosmetic covers) to prevent tipping from winds which I plan on installing. They’ve also included brackets for extra support if installed on a wooden deck. It was easy to put together by myself. The material is top notch and my first small one still looks brand new after spending a Maine winter outside. I will likely get one or two more of this taller version in the future.. Lincey. Hey, I’m happy with it! It provides just enough privacy where you can take a lil peek into our lives but if you do, you’re gonna have to stand there creepily and peek harder because of the privacy screen. While not quite as sturdy as the "Veradek" model, this "Fency" works fine for us to screen a deck from the sidewalk. The Veradek side supports are sturdier; the panels are exactly the same; the Fency is $50 cheaper. The "blocks" pattern matches the architectural details of our condo. This pattern allows more visibility through the screen, as well as more light. But the eye tends to stop at the panels, giving the privacy we want. Other patterns are less open, giving more privacy.
