This sealer worked great! Applied to stamped and colored concrete patio and pool deck. Really enhanced the look and color. Also brushed onto concrete faux rocks around pool. I ordered a sample bottle and the no -slip fine sand additive directly. After a trial run, I rolled two coats of this product on. Dried over 4-5 hours. Wonderful product!! Researched a ton of different sealers as I have heard horror stories of applying a sealer and having bubbling, clouding, etc. The reviews for this one were overwhelmingly positive so I gave it a shot. I followed the directions to a tee. I power washed and let the stamped concrete dry for an entire day. I began sealing after 5PM as recommended when the sun was no longer over the concrete. Came out beautiful!! Dried perfectly. Was a little nervous because it rained roughly 30 hours after being applied but no issues! Completely dried and the water pooled on the surface. I bought a 5 gallon bucket for our large acrylic painted concrete patio. In the past, my concrete guy handled this but he's been MIA because this is too small of a job for him. I settled on the AX25 because I wanted an oil-based product to give it shine and bring back some of the slightly faded colors. Positives: it looks great, it was super easy to apply, it did rejuvenate the colors and I was able to cover many more square feet than I had calculated. I thought I was going to need 10 gallons for the work, but I was able to apply 2 full coats and have maybe ~ 1 gallon left over for my front walkway. My concrete is (deliberately not smooth and I did not add any anti-slip agents. Negatives: None for the product. We love this water-based epoxy. We've used it on our basement concrete floors in the past and are currently using it on our Pole Barn concrete floors. I've even used it on a concrete table we built. For best results, use at least two coats. You may be a little nervous after the first coat, but it moves to WOW mode after the second coat. You use one-to-one parts from each jug. The entrance and driveway of my home are comprised of stone pavers with some concrete in the driveway. I power- washed the entire area to remove the joint sand. The following day I carefully applied joint-lock sand between the pavers. I waited another day for the surface to completely dry from the water that was applied to activate the joint polymers. Once I was satisfied everything was completely dry, using a Chapin 20541,one-gallon, general-purpose sprayer, I began applying the SX5000 Silane-Siloxane solution. I made sure the five-gallon container I purchased was agitated sufficiently to ensure a homogeneous mixture before transferring one gallon into the sprayer. The SX5000 liquid sprayed evenly without any noticeable odor. The material was easily absorbed into the joints and surfaces of the pavers and concrete leaving an attractive satin finish. The instructions provided by Foundation Armor were excellent and they stressed preparing the surface properly. By following their advice the result was absolutely beautiful. Several neighbors commented on how attractive the finish was when they passed by. Once I resumed using the sprinkler system, I noticed the beading of the water on the hard surfaces that I treated the day earlier. I heartily recommend this product for its ease of use and living up to its advertised benefits. Kudos to Foundation Armor! They are to be commended for an excellent product!.
