Great little fence panel set! I am using it to fence off sections of my lawn that need reseeding. Very easy to set up right out of the box, even for a mechanically challenged middle-aged lady like me. Just line up the holes in the panels, place the metal stake through the holes and use a rubber mallet to get them into the ground. My Labs and German Pinscher have shown some interest in digging under this little fence but have not knocked it over or breached it in any way. It's attractive in the green color. Dalen Plastic Barrier Garden Fencing is a 3 ft. x 50 ft. roll of lightweight, weather-resistant plastic mesh designed as a temporary or seasonal garden barrier. Use it to keep dogs, rabbits, and small animals out of garden beds, define landscaping borders, or protect new plantings — then roll it up and reuse it season after season. The recyclable, heat-resistant material holds its shape in sun and cold and installs in minutes with garden stakes — no special tools required.

I have extremely hungry deer who are not picky unfortunately! The only truly effective measure is to wrap my precious trees and plants! Thank God there are some they dislike! I am not always home to sprinkle powder or spray deer repellent which are both effective. I bought ultrasonic lights were effective at first then the deer ignored them. The skunks did not appreciate my efforts though so I had to stop using! I avoided mesh because obvious reasons but it's the only sure proof method for me. This is the second type of mesh I've used. The first was more nylon type material and was a bit challenging to work with but super flexible. I wanted this type again but was unavailable so I went with a different one. This second mesh is stiffer and more of a wire consistency but cuts easily with scissors. I would say it is more for use with stakes. The major problem I had was wrapping things too tightly so be aware it's so easy to do and then it must be loosened. Also, the first nylon mesh catches on itself so unwrapping and rewrapping is almost impossible!. Jeanie. Cambridge, OH. Sat Jun 27 2026

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this product! It is super easy to install. I was able to move the posts to the exact spot I needed them to be (in the corners) by slipping them out and then back into the perfect spot.. Phyllis. Ohio. Sun Jul 05 2026

This item arrived well packed. It too a minute to unbox. This was IMPOSSIBLE to put together by myself. The directions were clear but it didn’t come together easily. When you put some slats in and you pull the two outside boards apart slightly to put more in, the first ones would fall out like dominos. Very frustrating! It took two people to assemble in about 40 minutes. It sounds like a long time for something so simple, even with the helper sticks, but it wasn’t. After everything, it turned out beautiful!. Cheryl.
