[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only complaint is when you set the timer once the oven has come to temp and you have placed what your cooking in the oven, once the timer goes off so does the oven, when baking cookies, this is NOT convenient at all since then you have to wait until the oven comes back to temp to put in additional cookies to bake. The interior of this oven is smaller than the previous oven of the same dimensions, so this was a surprise since several of the cooking pans will now not fit. I have to test the pan before using to make sure the oven door will close. This is the only annoying thing about the oven. The heat venting at the top is where it should be and works fantastic. The oven temperature seems to be cooking spot on along with the time it is suppose to take to cook things so this has been a pleasant surprise as well. Overall, just a very pleasant surprise and simplistic to use compared to some of the other double ovens. Definitely MUCH better than the high end ovens used in the past. The WI-FI connection is awesome. Turn on your oven from your phone while on your way home. Nice, no waiting to preheat after you get home. We have the Samsung cooktop, refrigerator and Art TV as well. If you are at home and preheating the oven while watching tv, the tv tells you when the oven is at temperature.All connected to Smart Things app. Very nice and convenient. Love the entire setup.. I have the two small ovens, although the lower is big enough for a 20 pound turkey. It’s just my husband and myself most of the time. I wanted a small oven to bake two potatoes, one pizza, one sheet of cookies, etc. This one fills the bill and I did not have to get a full size lower one we did not need. But the lower oven meets what I need when we have guests, a party, etc. I was so pleasantly surprised by slide out shelves on a rack versus the side of the oven, which do not slide smoothly. I have learned when to use convection ( when using multiple racks or air frying), about which I had always been confused. I thought I would be giving up some features, but I realize this seems to have all of them. The lower oven with convection is an excellent air fryer. Mine’s only little flaw that I have found is the rear and a little to the right near rear is it’s hot spot. But all-in-all I absolutely love it.
