The height of the table can be adjusted by pulling out the knobs at the same time, and the knobs will automatically bounce back into the bayonet.

Very solid desk. Weighed 85 lbs in total, took me an afternoon to put together. Overall I’ve been very happy with it. Couple downsides- the instructions are straightforward but get a little confusing when connecting the tilting desk to the base. Also it’s very heavy- I got it to draw on 11x17 paper and it’s overbuilt for that (I prefer that tho). Wish there was a way to upgrade or add a drafting bar. I like the way it’s designed so it can be lowered or raised quite a lot and tilted so it functions like a type of an adjustable easel for me, much better than my old drawing desk. Very sturdy and works as I expected. The only thing that is difficult is the height adjustment. I can't easily switch the heights.
