I am extremely happy with my Igloo water dispenser. The water is hot or cold at the touch of my finger. The operating buttons are easy to use and the display lights tell me if the water needs replacing, is room temperature, or on or off. There were many inaccuracies in the description of this cooler. It does NOT dispense lukewarm or room temp water. It does NOT have a compartment below the catchment tray.
