I’ve owned this mattress pad for a few years and am very happy with the quality. The wide elastic straps on each corner stay securely in place and the quilted pad does not shift or move while sleeping. It’s easy to use and launder. I decided to purchase a second to have a spare, so I wouldn’t have to wait for it to be washed and dried before making up the bed with fresh linen. Cute, sturdy and fairly easy (just time consuming) to put together. Fit my Samsung washer and dryer perfectly but unfortunately, having them on pedestals made my already small laundry room look tiny. it was a nightmare . it took a long time to receive it. then as you know the instructions were not there just a couple pictures in with the hardware. all the pieces were not included and instead if a twin like I ordered I received a queen I had to buy all new bedding and it takes up most of the room in my bedroom. The awesome flip side is your company's great personnel. Your staff gave me a refund so I could get a handyman to put it together and another discount due to the missing part and size issue. because they were so great I will not hesitate to do my online shopping with Wayfair in the future never another waterbed but anything else lol. I am just praying I got the correct base for the queen size and not a base for a twin. I am not sure what size it is supposed to be but it seems sturdy so far. will let you know if anything happens. Cons: I bought this waterbed. It said it was complete waterbed. It's not. I had to purchase the box springs separate. I was expecting a pillow top on it. All it had was a slippered cloth top. So your body laying on the waterbed mattress. Also the description says it has duel heaters. Mine only came with one. Called Wayfair and they put in an order for the other one. It's been almost a month and I still don't have it. Pros: There's nothing like sleeping on a waterbed! I love this mattress! The heater I did get works great.
