Cons: I bought this waterbed. It said it was complete waterbed. It's not. I had to purchase the box springs separate. I was expecting a pillow top on it. All it had was a slippered cloth top. So your body laying on the waterbed mattress. Also the description says it has duel heaters. Mine only came with one. Called Wayfair and they put in an order for the other one. It's been almost a month and I still don't have it. Pros: There's nothing like sleeping on a waterbed! I love this mattress! The heater I did get works great.
