I bought this for my Cousin's daughter who was born with Spina Bifida. She is always in pain and the Dr's recommended that it would help since the jets concentrate on the lower back. We have used this hot tub for almost a month. The last 30 days have been cold (0-20 degrees F). The hot tub stayed at 104 with no issues at all. The 240V installation was super easy. Jets work VERY well. Overall, we are THRILLED with this purchase. Now, the drawbacks: my boyfriend and I are both just under 6' tall. When sitting straight up in the seat areas, our shoulders are completely exposed. The lounger area is also an odd fit for anyone over about 5' 7" or so. Not a huge deal, we just scooch down...but the molded curves don't fit our curves! The instruction "manual" is actually a CD in a plastic bag-I would have much preferred a hard copy, and I don't want to print out a 50-page instruction manual. The filter is a little unwieldy to change when the hot tub has water in it. None of these "issues" is really a big deal at, just thought someone might find the info helpful.. Courtney. I did a lot of homework before buying this nifty little spa. Measuring and such for the perfect fit for all my needs, well, gotta say...it paid off! This little spa is exactly what I needed!!! First off, the delivery men were very friendly and helpful putting it where needed (for I am handicapped). After getting it prepped and filled to my surprise it fired right up and continued to pump until it reached desired temperature...took about 11 hrs. Most spas I have owned had to have one or both pumps primed so this was great! Now if you are buying this spa for four people I will say it will be a little cramped...unless you all 5'6" or smaller! Received this tub nearly 2 weeks ago, and have used it every day since. The photo on Wayfair makes the spa look almost hunter-green, but I can attest "graystone" is the correct name for the color. It looks like... well... gray stone. I highly recommend getting the Spa Choice bromine starter kit to go with it, and have an electrician upgrade to the 240 volt 50 amp connection. The heater works much quicker, and we think that will help it retain its heat in the winter (it's only june right now). Before filling we looked, and the insullation sprayed into the resin shell looks sufficient, had read reviews of similar products being delivered without enough insulation in the shell. When we filled the tub initially, there was one connection near the pump that was a little loose and dripping water, but tightening that connection did the trick. The jets are excellent. The controls are intuitive. The seats are comfortable. We love the texture of the interior... it's not slick like fiberglass tubs, and we appreciate that actually. The LED waterfall feature is the ONLY LED on this tub, so if you were hoping for more LEDs, this doesn't have that.
