To give you some perspective, the typical Coma Inducer has a 280 GSM fill rate and most, if not all, other Coma Inducers are under 400 GSM. So when we add an extra 1000 GSM in fill weight, you know this is thick! What makes this Coma Inducer even more impressive is that we didn't use just any filling. We used Grade A polyester, with a blown in technique to create a down alternative feel. Each square is like an over-filled squishy plush stuffed animal. We then coupled this thick high quality filling with an outer ultra cozy plush that has a hand feel like petting the fluffiest cloud or a cuddly dog that had one too many meals. And that takes us circle to the real naming inspiration which originated 3 years ago from a dog video that became an internet meme. Emily Flowers, a Coma Inducer super fan, won the naming challenge for this Thickest of Thick Coma Inducers with her name suggestion; Boi He Thick. There were a lot of "normal" sounding names suggested, but when put to a vote, customers agreed that for a Coma Inducer this special, it needed a name that was equally as attention grabbing... I purchased a cal king reversible down alternative comforter for an insert to my duvet cover for a guest bed. I wanted it to be white and not too heavy. Inspired by Peg Stephens, a Coma Inducer customer who shared with us the story behind her idea to name a Coma Inducer "Woobie". Based on the material look and feel, we ad-libbed a little with the full name: The Woobie Goat Coma Inducer. Made of super soft and fluffy 570 GSM Goat Faux Fur (yes, Goat Faux Fur!) reversing to our Bare Bottom silky soft plush, you'll experience the best of both long and short plush bedding comfort. Running your hands through the furry side is so satisfying and having the opposite smooth plush style on the reverse adds a soothing softness and warmth. This amazing hand feel is coupled with a thick, down alternative 360 GSM fluffy cloud-like filling that is certain to induce Coma Worthy Sleep! In the words of Peg Stephens: When my kids were little, along with my nieces and nephews, they all loved the blankets that had the silk around them. The blankets came in pink, blue, green and yellow. They were their security blankets. My youngest son is developmentally disabled and when he finally started to talk he couldn’t say certain words. My mother was known to everyone as Nanny but he couldn’t say that so he called her Honey. He couldn’t say blanket so he called his blanket his WOOBIE. In the meantime, every Christmas I would purchase Christmas Eve pajamas (our family tradition) for the kids to wear to bed and I added a Woobie to that tradition. I would search high and low to buy the softest, plushiest, most comfortable blankets I could find. Usually they were just throw blankets not as big as a twin, queen or king size. They were always amazed by how Santa would come and leave a present on their beds without anyone hearing him. Now, my oldest son has said that when he has kids he will the Christmas Eve Tradition with his kids cause he thought it was magical how Santa would leave them pajamas and a Woobie to keep them warm and safe on that one special night!

I have almost every coma inducer and this is one of my favorites. I wish it was a little Fuller, but besides that. It’s cool (not too hot) and nice not super heavy like my other coma inducers. If you get the king or queen just know that it is extremely difficult to wash and spin in the washer.
