High Performance Evaporator

When this arrived, the lights didn’t work. Thankfully they replaced it. The only reason I gave 4 stars if you run it at the highest speed, it’s very loud. It sounds like a little kid is trying to whistle. Side note I’m extremely “tech savvy”. The app you download to control the functions is meh. I spent an hour last night trying to figure it out. I gave up. I’ll try again today. Also, I have a suggestion if Stadler reads the reviews - make the control things glow. Works great so far in putting moisture in the air. I did have to contact the mfgr to ask a question that wasn't explained fully in the instructions. We do not run it continuously and only had it a brief time while we still needed heat, so I do not have long results to share. I didn't want to fill completely with I think it calls for 4+ gals, so I only put enough in to cover a line inside, not completely and I had to add extra water about 3 times during the time we used it in the mornings when we got up and had to run heat. It reached 50% realitivilty fast. Maybe full run for 20 minutes if that. It was quiet, except the beeps that go off when it's needs water added. I only used distilled water in it and it was clean everytime I ckd it. So we are very pleased. Came promptly, decent price, I do alot of research on quality thru reviews and articles, then I search for the best deal so we don't throw our money away!
