its pretty perfect. Its really quiet, its small, the hardest part of the install was getting the side panels to the right size. One review stated that it does not fit in NY windows. Mine fit like it was made specifically for my window. Everything lined up perfectly without any issues whatsoever. I absolutely love this ac. It connected extremely ez to my WiFi. It is quiet but you can hear that it’s on. Not as loud as my old ac thank God. It looks good and I love that the buttons are almost discreet. The cord was a good length. Looks ez to clean. Most importantly is that it cools my room down quickly. I keep it on 60cool but on lo temp.
