An amazing shower seat. It slides & swivels so one can sit in the seat from outside the tub then gently swivel around to face the front of the tub then slide the seat to the center of the tub. I wanted to get a shower seat because I am having back surgery. I am appreciate that this is a heavier duty unit than others, having a higher weight limit at three hundred pounds, than most. Other shower chairs are not more than a seat but with this one I feel safer and more secure as it has a longer seat (thirty inches long which is more like a bench) as well as a back to it and a handle on the side which helps with getting on and off. I like that there is only one handle rather than two because one side is free to allow you to slide on and off it if need be. The gray color is also more interesting than the usual white and hides stains better. The unit arrived promptly and there were no missing pieces. Assembly did take some time as there are a lot of bolts to attach. The aluminum and plastic construction makes for a lightweight finished product which makes moving it easy. I advise attaching all nuts and bolts to be sure the seat is level before tightening them. The rubber feet grips flooring securely. The legs are easily adjustable to the desired height.
