Packing and delivery was great, pieces look well made, but the 12 +2 JCBCW Screws are too large for ALL of the holes, and it cannot be assembled. Very disappointed since this was the last piece to be added to my new bedroom arrangement. Not sure what to do, can correct screws be sent? Other than that, I was impressed with the quality. Very nice all wood (cedar maybe?) stool that looks nice enough for the living room. We just needed a small stool in a couple of spots to have a way to reach up and pull the shades down, so this design fit the need perfectly. There was only one small problem, the top of one of the two units had a noticeable large gouge in the top.
