On the whole I’m reasonably satisfied, but there’s decent room for improvement on the product itself. Some of the metal components were pretty cheap in quality and its overall durability level is suspect. Overall the bench is OK and gets the job done, but it has its design flaws. The drawers are pretty cheap and troublesome to install, and the work surface did not align well with a bigger gap on one end than the other. I’m sure it may be adjustable, but it’s fairly cumbersome to deal with the screws. There were two flaws in the product as well — the middle panel’s top surface was bent out of shape (arrived that way) and was short one screw for securing the work surface to the legs. The instructions were generally clear and easy to follow and involved a two-hour install. I don’t really regret the purchase, but might have kept looking knowing what I know now.. Michael. Drawer dimensions: One file drawer (15-3/12"W x 19-3/4"D x 10-1/4"H); Four paper drawers (32-5/12"W x 25-3/4"D x 2"H); Four storage drawers (15-3/12"W x 19-3/4"D x 4-1/2"H). It has a fully finished back and is built of maple-veneered plywood with a solid maple apron and legs. it has an earth-friendly UV finish with a 1-1/4" almond colored plastic laminate top.

I finally received my workbench, after a year of searching I found the one that fit all my needs. When I came across this workbench. I doubled checked my measurements, (even when it factory was wrong with the measurements and it was 72” wide instead of 68”) and I saw in the specifications that ASSEMBLY was REQUIRED I was pleased because the only way I could get it into my basement was that I had to assemble it myself. So when the workbench was delivered. To my surprise and I was feeling completely duped, the body of the workbench including the drawers came already ASSEMBLED. The apron, legs, single shelf, the top, and the hardware were separate. I was in a panic that I wouldn’t be able to get it in my basement. After calling Wayfair. They told me that the drawers could be removed which 4 of them were easy pull out drawers but the other 5 I had to remove the screws from the sides to remove them. With the drawers out it still was not an easy task getting it through the doorways; to the back of my house. To have friends carry it down my areaway into the basement.
