The daybed is solid at least what is put together by an Angi List person who arrived 45 minutes late and left the job incomplete. Once someone comes to finish it I'm sure it'll be just as I expected the daybed to be.. Linda. Vacaville, CA. Sun Jun 14 2026

This daybed provides a streamlined solution for lounging by day and hosting guests by night. The bronze color is a rich matte finish brown. I am 64 yo and was able to build it by myself. It did take a while (NOT 1.5 hours for me) and as another reviewer said, pushing all those plastic pieces in was rough on the hands ! It does seem very sturdy though. Well built, not flimsy at all. Don't tighten anything at all until everything is together - leave it really loose. Had to go back and loosen at first for more flexibility in connecting. 8" mattresses coming tomorrow - $99 deal each so the whole thing will be less than $500 for my grandchildren when they visit so they no longer have to bring sleeping bags or camp out on the floor ! I'd show you after the bedding is on but I'll prob forget so here it is....for now. Wendy. Ocean, NJ. Thu Oct 15 2026

Upholstered in soft velvet with a curved backrest, it adds elegance to living rooms, studios, or guest bedrooms. The built-in USB & Type-C charging port keeps devices powered, while two side pockets store remotes and books.

Took a few hours to build. But overall looks great! Wish the head board gap wasnt so big. Because of the trundle you need a 6 mattress on the bottom but the top mattress would be better if it was 10 so you dont have a gap between the headboard and mattress. Problem is you want the thickness to match if you want it to serve as a king.. Lisa. West Palm Beach, FL. Sun Oct 18 2026

This is such a great bed! My daughter is obsessed with pink as you can tell from the pictures. It is such a fun bed for her! The lights are great and color changing. It seems to be built really nice also. Instructions were great which was so nice! The only things that I would change about this bed are putting a couple extra wheels on the trundle part to make it a little easier to put in and out and having the ability to put the headboard on the left or right end of the bed would be nice but these are not dealbreakers.. This twin daybed with a trundle brings a versatile sleeping solution to your guest room or home office. The frame is made from a blend of solid and engineered wood, featuring a clean-lined silhouette wrapped in polyester upholstery with a linen-like texture. We love how the integrated trundle unit rolls out on convenient casters to provide extra sleeping space for overnight guests and then tucks away to save floor space. This daybed also includes a system of slats that support your mattresses without the need for a bulky box spring.

Building this daybed with trundle lasted a few hours. Kids kept interrupting but like another review mentioned, the slats aren’t marked so it was too late to make corrections after screwing them to the boards. Other than no markings, it went well with just me putting it together, unlike the suggested 2 people. Therefore, 4 stars. One star off for no markings on the tools, screws, and slats.. Marcy. Love it! Wish there was more clearance for the trundle under the bed because you have to get a pretty thin mattress. We got a thicker mattress and the main bed won’t sit on the floor bc the mattress is too thick. Melissa. Eastaboga, AL. Sun Nov 16 2025

Solid construction and looks great! My only real critique is the trundle doesn’t slide as easily as I would like… but we also put two 10” mattresses on it, so maybe the weight. Heidi. Mount Pleasant, SC. Mon Sep 14 2026

Perfect for guest rooms, apartments, or multipurpose spaces, this daybed combines timeless style with practical functionality. Please note: item ships in multiple boxes that may arrive separately.

Overall the bed is sturdy but it is VERY difficult to pull out the bed into a king especially on carpet. It seems like there should be rollers or something to help with this. The carpet we have is not very plush and it takes a lot of wiggling and pulling to transition to a king. Luckily we don’t have to do so often but when we do it is hard to do with just one person. Doable but very challenging.. Ashley. Williamsburg, MI. Mon Oct 19 2026
