Solid structure and looks amazing do to exquisite assembly team. It was done in 2.5 hours and they arrived 2 hours before actual time expected. Unfortunately removing the plastic was a problem and did cause some structural damage by the assembly team. I would definitely advise to make sure you completely take off the plastic before you assemble it yourself or decide on using professional installation. Once the parts sit in the heat without taking off the plastic completely off it will definitely get damaged the roof frame if you try to take off once assembled. Otherwise it’s a solid and descent design and some people may opt to keep the plastic on but in extreme heat your are basically staring at duct tape all over the roof it’s looks more appealing on the website because the plastic was definitely completed removed. Lastly the hooks inside are definitely strong and durable to hold a ceiling fan. I’m currently waiting for a peaceful resolution I tried to order the replacement roof but currently on back order hopefully it’s easier to just order a brand new pergola.The only things that took a a couple of hours was doing the dissemble by my myself to get a brand new replacement or order another design. Hopefully there will be some compensation for this disaster. But again customer service has been very nice and responsive and hoping to get this resolved today to enjoy the yard.. Terrence. We set this up on a Monday for a Thursday wedding, and we left it up until Saturday. It tells you not to do that, but who can set up on the day of a wedding? There was a rainstorm with thunder and lightning on Tuesday night. The house was on the shores of Lake Michigan, where winds can be higher (but not on the beach). Nothing bent at all. When we took it down, grasshoppers and crickets had left tobacco spit spots on the roof. We sat with a bucket of water and the fabric washed well. It wasn't perfect (it's on the roof!), but I was impressed that the fabric was that strong and washable. We could have got it cleaner if we cared. It took my husband and 3 kids about and hour-hour and a half to set up. When I called to ask how the tent was, my husband said "the tent is excellent." The side panels are not shown in my photos. We wanted the cross breeze. But we did use the two solid panels to hide an ugly shed behind. The window panels were nice enough, but not as pretty as Lake Michigan. I was so happy with this purchase. The design of this portable toilet is really good. I like how it all fits together in a tidy streamlined way. It seems well made. I will say it is a little smaller than I anticipated. The bowl is kind of shallow. I’m a bit worried about splash back. I also can’t picture any one with a larger stature being able to use it. It’s easy to use and empty and I like the fact that it has a lever that closes the bowl so no odors can escape. It fits behind the front seat in our Toyota Highlander. The only issue, which is not really an issue if you secure it, is if you are turning a corner, and you have it unsecured, it could tip because the water in it will go whichever direction you are turning. Having it behind the seat did not cause any issues because it was secured by the seat up against it.
